Go to Maryland OneStop Cannabis Administration website and complete Patient registration to obtain ID number. Note: You will need an electronic copy of valid US government-issued photo ID and proof of Maryland address. You will need an electronic photograph, taken within last 6 months meeting passport guidelines.
Schedule online initial consultation with one of Remedy Green's Nurse Practitioners. Select a suitable appointment time with our online scheduling. Receive an email confirmation with details.
Review and complete New Patient Packet that will be emailed via secure EMR system. Gather pertinent medical consult notes, imaging reports, or other documentation related to qualifying condition.
Participate in medical consultation appointment which will include a review of medical history and medications, symptoms assessment, and pertinent physical exam. Nurse practitioner will provide education regarding process, utilization, and risks of use of medical cannabis.
Obtain certification once visit is complete and Maryland Medical Card will be mailed to you. Visit any Maryland Dispensary to obtain your medicine.
